Urban Pathways is a nonprofit organization that provides housing, support services, and wellness programming to over 2,500 New Yorkers navigating homelessness each year. Through outreach teams that engage people on the street, drop-in centers that provide essential services like hot meals and showers, short-term safe haven housing, long-term supportive housing, advocacy, and specialized programs that address employment and healthcare needs, Urban Pathways meets each person where they are and works toward bringing every New Yorker home. 🏙️
