He joined the Urban Pathways Board of Directors in October 2018. We got to know more about Justin below, and why he decided to join Urban Pathways Board of Directors.

1.Why did you decide to join Urban Pathways’ Board of Directors?

I’ve always wanted to be part of an organization that did important and critical work for the community and when I was introduced to Urban Pathways, it was pretty evident how amazing and necessary your work is to the many homeless people in New York City.  And after meeting with Fred and several Board members, I was also impressed with how committed your leadership is to ensuring that Urban Pathways succeeds in its mission. To be a part of this incredible team is really a privilege for me.

2. You visited an Urban Pathways site recently, what did you learn about the residents and staff?

Visiting an Urban Pathways site was an amazing experience; seeing firsthand how you are turning around the lives of Urban Pathway residents is inspirational. It was so clear to me how much Urban Pathway residents appreciate the opportunity to live a more stable and normal life and how supported they are by your exceptionally dedicated and professional staff.

3. What is the last album you listened to, and why do you like that artist?

Looking through my Spotify playlist, I see a lot of Jayz and Eminem right now which is great music for working out.

4. What are some of your hobbies?

My main hobby is just trying to keep in shape so that I can keep up with my three boys. I therefore try to work out once a day either at the gym or by taking a SoulCycle class.
