For many individuals experiencing street homelessness, outreach serves as their first step toward improving their quality of life. Our Outreach Teams actively engage with adults who are unhoused, prioritizing personalized interaction and offering services to address immediate needs.

Many of those who have spent years living on the streets are apprehensive about entering traditional shelter. The Olivieri Drop-In Center and the 9th Avenue Drop-In Center offer 24-hour services, including hot meals, clothing, showers, health assessments, crisis intervention and more.

Our Safe Havens and stabilization programs offer accessible transitional housing solutions that prioritize stability as people work toward more permanent housing. These residences offer individualized support services on-site to meet the unique needs of each person.

These transitional living spaces assist adults as they move toward long-term housing solutions. Our program sites vary, including apartment buildings with integrated support services, as well as scattered-site apartments suitable for those who require less intensive assistance.
