Manhattan Operation Alternative (Port Authority Outreach)

Since 1997, Urban Pathways has provided outreach and referral services at the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Urban Pathways’ outreach programs serve as the first point of contact for many homeless New Yorkers, locating and assisting difficult-to-reach individuals through consistent engagement, assessment, intensive case management, and referrals to services to help them move into housing and/or treatment and to minimize recidivism.
