In operation since 2014, this mixed-use, supportive housing residence hosts 55 units for adults formerly experiencing homelessness who live with mental illness and 25 units for low-income community residents. The development cost of $21,300,000 was financed by HPD Supportive Housing Loan Fund, HOME, and low-income housing tax credits.
