Upper West Side Cluster House

Opened in 1988 and renovated in 2014 to include 52 units, the Westside Cluster House provides OMH-licensed supportive housing for adults ready for discharge from State Psychiatric Hospitals and formerly homeless adults living with serious mental illness. The $16,250,000 development was financed by OMH capital and low-income housing tax credits.
