Manhattan Ivan Shapiro House

The Ivan Shapiro House has been serving adults formerly experiencing homelessness who live with serious and persistent mental illness since 1997. This State Office of Mental Health licensed housing was constructed with a state loan of $3,807,294, forgiven after 25 years of operation as supportive housing.
