New Roads Plaza, located in the Morrisania neighborhood of the South Bronx, is an extension of Urban Pathways’ scattered site programs. The DOHMH-funded program comprises 57 supportive housing units where Urban Pathways serves as the social services provider for chronically homeless single adults living with serious mental illness, substance use disorder, or those who may have co-occurring serious mental illness and substance use disorders.
