Save the Date: Hope Count 2017
Urban Pathways is looking for volunteers to help us in this years HOPE Count.
HOPE (Homeless Outreach Population Estimate), is an annual city-wide census of the individuals sleeping outdoors in New York City. Urban Pathways partners with the NYC Department of Homeless Services to conduct the count in the Midtown-East area of Manhattan.
The 2017 HOPE Count takes place on February 6th, from late Monday night to early Tuesday morning.

For group name please add: “Urban Pathways Hope Outreach“. Lastly, for training site please choose the PS116 (210 East 33rd Street, 10016) if you want to stay with the Urban Pathways team.

Help us identify homeless New Yorkers and provide them with a path to independence, opportunity and wellness with supportive and permanent housing, as well as programs and services.
