UPwards Employment relies on the power of the evidence-based Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model to promote sustained stability for people experiencing or at-risk for homelessness. In our IPS model, the focus goes beyond securing employment by ensuring that individuals receive personalized support tailored to their circumstances. This includes:
