A year of growth and impact2024 Annual Report

This year, Urban Pathways served more than 2,500 individuals across our programs, providing people with housing and support on their paths home. In addition to our active programs, we worked hard to continue development on new initiatives that will add upwards of 350 units to our portfolio, expand our service provision, and ultimately allow us to better meet the needs of the people we serve.
